There are two common installation methods of wood sound-absorbing board: base plate installation and keel installation. Secondly, there are two installation methods of surface finish: horizontal installation and vertical installation. The installation of these wood sound-absorbing boards has different advantages. The installation of wooden sound-absorbing boards with keel has the characteristics of good sound-absorbing effect, while the installation of base plate has the advantages of fast speed and smooth surface.

Construction technology and installation of wooden sound-absorbing board:

1. Calculate and cut part of the sound-absorbing board according to the actual size of the construction site (if there is symmetry requirement on the opposite face, especially pay attention to the size of the part of the sound-absorbing board to ensure the symmetry of both sides) and lines (edge line, outer corner line, connecting line), and reserve for cutting the wire socket, pipe and other objects.

2. Install the sound absorption board:

(1) The installation sequence of sound-absorbing board shall be from left to right and from bottom to top.

(2) When the sound absorption board is installed horizontally, the notch is upward; when it is installed vertically, the notch is on the right side.

(3) If some solid wood sound-absorbing boards have requirements for pattern, each facade shall be installed from small to large according to the number prepared in advance on the sound-absorbing board. (the number of sound-absorbing board shall be from left to right, from bottom to top, and the number shall be from small to large)

3. Fixation of sound absorption board on keel:

(1) Wooden keel: installed with shooting nails

The sound-absorbing board shall be fixed on the keel along the tongue and groove with the shooting nails. More than 2 / 3 of the shooting nails must be embedded in the wooden keel. The shooting nails shall be evenly arranged with a certain density. The number of joint shooting nails on each sound-absorbing board and each keel shall not be less than 10.

(2) Light steel keel: with special installation accessories

The sound-absorbing board shall be installed horizontally with the notch upward and installed with the installation accessories. Each sound-absorbing board shall be connected in turn. Install the sound-absorbing board vertically with the notch on the right side, and then install it in the same way from the left. A gap of not less than 3mm shall be left at the end of two sound-absorbing plates.

4. If the sound-absorbing board has the requirement of edge closing, the edge closing line numbered 580 can be used for edge closing, and the edge closing position shall be fixed with screws. 1.5mm shall be reserved for lateral expansion when installing the right and upper edge closing lines, which can be sealed with silica gel.

5. There are two ways to install the sound-absorbing board at the corner of the wall, close splicing or fixing with 588 lines.

(1) Internal wall corner (internal corner), closely assembled; fixed with 588 lines;

(2) External wall corner (external corner), closely assembled; fixed with 588 lines.

6. Manhole and other construction problems

(1) When the manhole is in the same plane, the other surfaces of the manhole cover plate, except for the wood edge, shall be decorated with sound-absorbing plates; the sound-absorbing plates on the wall shall not be edge closed at the manhole, only need to be flush with the edge of the manhole.

(2) If the location of the manhole is in vertical contact with the construction wall of the sound-absorbing board, it is required to change the location of the manhole to ensure the construction conditions of the sound-absorbing board.

(3) In case of other construction problems (such as wire sockets, etc.) during installation, the connection mode shall be in accordance with the requirements of the designer or the guidance of the site technical personnel. Please communicate with our company's technical personnel in advance for other special situations in the construction site.

matters needing attention:

(1) The sound absorption board with solid wood facing has color difference, which is a natural phenomenon.

(2) There may be color difference between the paint finish of the sound absorption board and the manual paint of other parts of the installation site. In order to keep the color of the paint consistent, it is recommended to adjust the color of the manual paint in other parts of the installation site according to the color of the prefabricated paint of the sound-absorbing board after the installation of the sound-absorbing board is completed; or we will provide the sound-absorbing board with solid wood veneer without the treatment of the prefabricated paint in advance.

7. Wooden sound-absorbing board must be sealed and moistureproof when stored in non installation environment.
